Prezzybox are one of the best loved gift retailers in the UK, with a huge catalogue with thousands of products. They not only want you to be able to buy the perfect gift, but make sure you have fun whilst doing it!

Prezzybox had existing Google Shopping Ads, but after the changes to Shopping Ads on Google they wanted to make sure they were getting the most from their Shopping Ad spend. As Prezzybox were already familiar with all of the ins-and-outs of running Shopping campaigns at scale, they went with the RedBrain Self Managed service so that they wouldn’t need to make any changes to how they managed the accounts on a day to day basis.

They started by moving seven campaigns to the RedBrain platform which represented a sample of products from a range of categories. After a smooth and simple setup, Prezzybox turned the new campaign on and saw a significant increase in volume. Two campaigns saw no change in performance, three campaigns saw a significant increase in traffic (more than 200%) and one campaign which hadn’t run on Google Shopping due to low bids came live!

In May, Prezzybox overall saw a 170% increase in Clicks on their RedBrain campaigns compared totheir previous Google Shopping activity

After seeing the increase in traffic, Prezzybox decided to move the rest of their Shopping Ad activity to their RedBrain Self Managed account.

The Prezzybox team then wanted to be able to see how much cheaper their Clicks from RedBrain were, compared to their previous Google Shopping Clicks. After testing, they were able to buy the same level of traffic as their previous Google Shopping campaigns if they reduced their CPCs by 30%, without any drop in conversion rate.
