Reach more customers

RedBrain’s AI Shopping Service connects you to all of your customers – regardless of whether they’re online. We give you full control over where our ads appear, with the ability to opt in or out of each channel individually. However if you opt into all of our channels we have the chance to target all of your potential customers at the right time, every time.

Whether your perfect customer is researching prices, watching YouTube, Googling product descriptions, browsing Facebook or searching for SKUs we look out for them throughout the sales process so that we can capture them at the right moment and make sure you don’t lose out to your competitors.

It means that when we know they are about to make a purchase, we’ll outbid all the competition, because we want to drive your sales as much as you – after all we’re only ever paid on commission!

Our Channels

RedBrain is connected with most big advertising engines and we’re always expanding our network to connect with more potential customers. Below you can find information on the ones that we work with and the type of advertising we run.

Available to all customers

Our Price Comparison sites have been running for nearly a decade, and are integral to our business. We serve 25 million unique visitors in the EU and up to 50 million across the US & CA, matching customers with the biggest range of retailers to help them find the right match based on price, delivery times, trust scores and much much more.

We operate 50 price comparison sites, with the likes of RedBrain, Compare99 (US) or IdealPrice (UK) showcasing every product imaginable, and more niche comparison sites like Catwalk (UK), DoingUp (US) or eCompare (UK) targeting specific product ranges.

Available to all customers who ship to the EU

RedBrain partnered with Google for the Comparison Shopping program at launch in September 2017, and has grown to be the largest CSS provider by retailer throughout Europe. As a Premium CSS provider, RedBrain’s AI Shopping Service provides all the perks of Google Shopping Ads but on a commission-only basis – enabling you to move your CPC bids and upfront fees to paying only if you make a sale.

If you’re already running your own Google Shopping activity, our Google Comparison Shopping channel can run alongside your other campaigns to deliver sales. Because we optimise your product data using unique insights, we’ll bid on different terms and impressions to any of your existing campaigns. UK retail giants, GAME, ran our Comparison Shopping Ads alongside their own activity and found that we added 30% more Shopping Ad revenue without any overlap with their own campaigns.

Google Ads has a special place in our hearts – we’ve been running them at scale on behalf of retailers for almost a decade! On a daily basis we often generate over two billion keywords, pick the best ones, and then put them to work on Google’s results pages.

We generated over 100 billion ad impressions in a single year, so we know a thing or two about generating conversions.

Our Google Ads traffic isn’t ‘Direct to Site’, and all visitors land at on a RedBrain landing page before reaching you. We do this so that we can tailor the customers experience based on their search criteria. For example, someone searching for televisions might want to see a range of product options, whereas someone searching a product model number may prefer to see lots of details for a specific product.

We’ve put years of work into AI solutions to deliver the perfect customer journey – so why not let RedBrain show you how we can convert your product pages into profits.

Available to all customers

RedBrain’s Bing Shopping channel runs similarly to Google Shopping, but exposes you to a larger audience. Bing Shopping ads not only appear on Bing Searches but are included in other Microsoft products like Windows 10 and Bing Image Search – as well as many syndication partners.

We automate everything end-to-end – from optimising your product data to match the unique requirements and ranking factors of Bing Shopping, to controlling the bids for maximum traffic at the commission level of your choosing.

Bing Shopping placements are available in the US, CA, UK, DE and FR and we will add in more countries as soon as they become available.

Available to all customers

Our Bing Ads channel works just like our Google Ads channel – but across even more placements. By using Bing Ads we’re able to target not only Microsoft owned sites like Bing, but extra sites like Yahoo and AOL. Did you know that the Bing Network has a 21% market share with 18 million unique searchers in the UK?

With product data and bidding optimisation made specifically for Bing, RedBrain looks at all of your products to find keywords that are likely to drive sales to your website and tailor our ad copy accordingly.

For any one product, we test hundreds of keywords to find the best performing selection. The best part for you? We’re paying for all of that testing – as with all of our RedBrain Shopping Services, you’ll only ever pay us commission on sales.

For retailers with compliant privacy policies, we’re able to run Display and Remarketing campaigns. These work by identifying the products that a potential customer is interested in, and then showing adverts on partner ad networks with the most relevant information for each specific customer – for example an image, price and delivery lead time.

These campaigns help convert purchases, particularly on bigger ticket items like Electronics or Home Furnishings. We consider a month’s worth of activity to get a bigger picture of all relevant purchase consideration factors and then place our ads under the noses of the customer at the right time. This channel combined with other activity helps us deliver high conversion rates and a stronger ROI.

Although our Display and Remarketing feature is currently in Beta testing, it’s available upon request. There are some compliance checks that must be considered to ensure that both our advertising and your websites are adhere to GDPR and other relevant legislation. Facebook Product Ads are the perfect way for us to build passive product awareness, create links between your brand and the product range, and drive clicks when the potential customer is ready to purchase.

Our Shopping Service works to optimise your product data on a continual basis so that the most important details are showcased to customers – and we update our bids multiple times a day to keep in tune the competitive bidding landscape.

Whether you’re already utilising the service or not, adding our Facebook Ads channel into the mix will capture incremental sales that you’re otherwise missing out on.

Pinterest has become the first-port-of-call for fashionistas and homeware shoppers in recent years. With 250 million monthly active users across the world, our favourite description of Pinterest as a catalogue of ideas that inspires users to go out and buy that thing gives you a sense of why we covet the site so much.

Our integration will make sure that your products are getting in front of potential customers in the discovery or purchase phases of their shopping journey. Data then feeds back into our intuitive bidding algorithms across other channels so that if they then go to Google we’ll know the products they’re already most likely to be interested in.

Chat bots are becoming an increasingly popular way for consumers to find products and communicate with retailers. Asking Alexa to add a new item to your shopping list, or enquiring with Google on your phone or Google Home device for information about a product, or talking to a Price Comparison chat bot on Facebook are all ways we’ve seen consumers making their Shopping experience more integrated and seamless.

Launching initially as a RedBrain branded Facebook Chat bot, with Alexa and Google Home chat not-too-far behind, we’ll use all of our product intelligence to build engaging, immersive conversations with customers and send them to you when they are ready to make a purchase.
